At Ship to Shore Traveler, orders are typically shipped within two business days. Standard shipping is through UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is available through UPS. Shipping costs depend on the method you choose.

The number of shipping days quoted are based on business days (Monday through Friday delivery) and do not include processing. Please allow two business days for processing January 8 through November 14 and four days for processing November 15 though January 7.

Shipping costs depend on the method your choose. When you place an order with Ship to Shore Traveler, the estimated delivery date for your merchandise will be included in your order-confirmation email. Please note that some products may not ship together in the same package.

Please be aware that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. For example, in the United Kingdom VAT is charged locally and upon delivery. Please check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country.

Shipping charges will be added for countries we ship to regularly. (Shipping costs are shown in grids on this page.) If your shipping charges were not automatically added to your total as you check out you will receive a message that we will contact you with an estimated shipping cost for your destination. If you accept the shipping charges we will process your order.

Your satisfaction matters greatly to us. You may return most items sold by Ship to Shore Traveler within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Furthermore, we'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of our error, or if you have received a damaged or defective item.

Please use original package and copy of receipt or packing list attached with your order, so that we can correctly process your return and issue a refund.

You will receive a refund in the same form as you have used as a payment for item(s) ordered. Please allow 10 business days to process your return and issue a refund.

What if the item is part of a Get Fully Outfitted Package? Package deals are designed to save you money (usually $25 - $50) as you purchase several items grouped into a package. Occasionally, you may decide to return a single item(s) that was/were part of a package deal. If this occurs, you will be charged the "regular individual" prices for the item(s) that you are keeping. You will be credited what ever amount is left over from the package amount.

What if you need to return a gift? Just indicate on the return shipment that the item was a gift and we will happily give you a store credit for the amount of the original purchase.
