Orders are shipped within two business days. The number of shipping days quoted are based on business days (Monday through Friday).
Shipping costs depend on the method your choose. When you place an order the estimated delivery date for your merchandise will be included in your order-confirmation email. Please note that some products may not ship together in the same package.

- When shipping to "home" shipping rates are based on the dollar value of your order
- If your order is placed up to 30 days prior to sailing, you may have the choice of sending your order directly to the ship. Flat-rate shipping applies to Antarctic departures from Ushuaia and other select sailings. Click here for a list of applicable sailings and flat-rate shipping costs.

Duties and taxes
There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. For example, in the United Kingdom VAT is charged locally and upon delivery. Please check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country.

About Flat-Rate Shipping
- Orders must be placed up to 30 days prior to ship's departure date
- Items within the order may be delivered to "home" and to the ship
- Orders within a Get Fully Outfitted package, including the add ons, must be shipped to the same location (home or ship)
- Antarctica rental boots are delivered to the ship in Ushuaia (cannot be delivered to "home")
Boot Rental Delivery To Ship
Antarctica rental boots in Ushuaia: no shipping or delivery charge. This service is available to all ships departing from and returning to Ushuaia. Orders must be placed up to 30 days prior to sailing. Rent boots now.
